So you have a remote team in place or are in the process of building your remote team but you have no idea where to place everyone in your team, no one really knows their place and you are confused about how to organize the structure of your company? If this is something you are currently struggling with in your business, be sure to read this blog till the end because I discuss the organization chart and how to develop one in your remote business.

If you would like a free copy example of the organization chart, follow this link to download your copy: https://www.hiringmethodsimplified.com/Organizationchart

The organization chart is the perfect setup for you the CEO, management, and operations in your business to understand the specified roles of every person in your business or specific roles that are needed in your business in the form of a neat chart.

It entails the function of every role in a detailed way so that there is no confusion between the employees.

In the initial days when you are acting in place of multiple positions, there is always confusion about who is supposed to do what; the organizational chart will help you ease the process.

The chart's purpose is to highlight all the positions required in your business, like a manager, CFO, technician, marketer, etc. If you are currently a one-person show, you should write your name in every position and when someone joins your team, you could easily delegate that position with all the duties.

The organizational chart also demonstrates the flow of information as to which position is answerable to who. There are endless ways a company could be structured; you just have to find the one that suits you best depending on your mission and initiate the process.

The organization chart is also great to help you as the CEO to navigate from working IN your business to working ON your business. In case you are not aware of the theory behind working on and in your business, working on your business is working toward achieving your overall goals whereas working in your business is the day-to-day running of your business. I won’t go into much detail about that in this blog, let’s get back to the chart structure.

To put it in simple terms you need to understand all the functions in your business such as operations and marketing and then break them up into individual positions that make up that function or system such as SEO and email marketing managers.

So the idea I that you have 'you' the CEO of your business on top of the chart, then you have the operations and managers under you that help you run your business and all the positions needed under them to make your business function effectively and drive your business forward to achieving all your financial and business goals.

I hope this blog has helped you understand how to structure your organization chart.
