Program Structure and Delivery:

Upon enrollment, you will have immediate access to the onboarding materials and the onboarding week to familiarize yourself with the platform. The program content is delivered in a drip format to ensure the best learning experience. Starting on the first Monday after your enrollment, Week 1 content will be unlocked at 8 a.m. GMT, followed by the remaining weekly content released every Monday thereafter. This structure is designed to make the program easy to follow, ensuring that you don't miss any crucial steps.

Refund Policy:

We are confident that our Online Hiring Academy will help you build your dream team and transform your business. However, we understand that it may not be the right fit for everyone, and we offer a 7-day refund period after completing the 6-week program to give you ample time to implement the hiring system.

To qualify for a refund:

  1. You must have completed the full 6-week program, including the implementation of the job description and hiring system.
  2. You must provide proof that you have gone live with your hiring system (e.g., posting a job description, tracking candidates).
  3. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days after the completion of the 6-week program.
  4. Refunds will only be issued if, after full implementation and effort, you were unable to make a successful hire.
  5. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we do not receive adequate proof of implementation or if it is clear the program has not been followed correctly.

If a refund is issued, all access to the program, community support, and future updates will be revoked. While we can’t take back what’s already downloaded, we trust that you will discontinue the use of any materials, bonuses, tools, or systems after receiving a refund.

If you’ve genuinely tried the program, and followed all the steps, and it didn’t work for you, we’ll be happy to issue the refund. But please don't be that person who downloads everything, uses it, and then asks for a refund to essentially steal from us—we’re all here to help each other grow.

Bonus Availability:

Bonuses are an integral part of the program and are delivered throughout the course as you progress through the lessons. Each bonus is tied to a specific lesson, ensuring you receive it when it's most useful for implementation. All bonuses are also accessible in the bonus section of the program, making it easy for you to find and use them.

In the event of a refund, access to the program, bonuses, and all future updates will be revoked. While we can’t take back any materials that have already been downloaded, we trust that you will honor the agreement and discontinue the use of any program materials, tools, and systems once the refund is processed.

    • Provide proof that you implemented the hiring system and strategies (e.g., job postings, interview schedules, activity in your hiring funnel).
    • Demonstrate that the hiring system did not result in a successful hire despite full implementation.
    • Refunds are available only after full participation in the 6-week program (4 weeks of training + 2 weeks of live support).

    • Refunds must be requested within 7 days after completing the 6-week program. This gives you an additional 3-week window to take your job description live and attempt to hire your first team member.
    • Requests made after this 7-day window will not be eligible for a refund.
  3. Our “Trust You” Policy:
    • We operate on a “trust you” basis: If you ask for a refund, we trust it’s because the program genuinely didn’t work for you—not because you’re a dick of a human looking to take advantage. Like you, we’re a small business and would never scam any fellow business owner. We believe that most people are fair, and we trust you to do the same. If the program doesn’t work for you, we’ll issue a refund, but we’re trusting that you’re being honest and ethical.
    • In the event of a refund, you will be revoked from the academy and all future access to the program, bonuses, and resources will be terminated. We expect that any previously accessed materials will no longer be used post-refund. Let’s keep things ethical and fair, just as you would expect from others.
  4. Exclusion of Bonuses:
    • Bonuses, tools, and systems valued at $22,993 are provided as part of the program. If a refund is requested, your access to the program and any new materials will be revoked, and we trust you will discontinue using any downloaded resources. While we can’t remove files from your drive, we operate on the principle of mutual respect and trust.
  5. Full Refund Requirements:
    • To qualify for a full refund, you must provide proof of full engagement in the program, active participation in the community, and implementation of the hiring strategies provided. Failure to provide proof disqualifies you from a refund.
